DIS Sensors QG65N-CAN-series approved for automotive (E4)

We are pleased to announce that the our complete range of QG65N-CAN-series sensors is measured on automotive EMC by a Notified Body and is also certified for E4 type approval. With this E4 type approval the series can be used for applications where the sensor is mounted on a vehicle and it is allowed that the sensor is active during driving.

Automotive EMC standards:

This device is in accordance with the following EMC-standards

• UN agreement Regulation 10 (Rev.4) + Amend. 1 + Corr. 1 (Generic EMC immunity & emission standard for automotive devices)

Optional (10-30V models only):

• ISO 13766 (2006) - EMC immunity & emission standard for earth moving machinery
• EN ISO 14982 (2009) - EMC immunity & emission standard for tractors, agricultural, forestry, landscaping and gardening machinery
• ISO 13309 (2010) - EMC immunity & emission standard for construction machinery
