Security at DIS Sensors
DIS Sensors is committed to developing and supporting reliable and secure sensor solutions.
As part of this commitment, DIS Sensors has established a Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) responsible for receiving, assessing and managing reports of potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities and security incidents involving DIS Sensors products.
This process supports our cybersecurity programme and our preparation for the requirements of the European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
How to report a potential security vulnerability
If you believe you have identified a cybersecurity vulnerability or security incident involving a DIS Sensors product, please report it to our PSIRT:

We encourage responsible disclosure and ask that potential vulnerabilities be reported directly to DIS Sensors before public disclosure.
Information to include in the report
To help us assess and investigate the reported issue, please provide where available:
- Product type and part number
- Firmware or software version
- Description of the vulnerability or incident
- Date and method of discovery
- Potential impact
- Relevant logs, screenshots or technical information
- Your contact information for follow-up questions
Customers should avoid sending passwords, credentials or other sensitive information in an unencrypted email.
What Happens Next
After receiving a report, DIS Sensors PSIRT will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the report.
- Assess the reported issue and determine its applicability.
- Request additional information if required.
- Investigate potential mitigations or corrective actions to address valid issues.
- Communicate relevant findings and actions to affected stakeholders where appropriate.

Responsible Disclosure
DIS Sensors values the contribution of customers, researchers and partners who help improve product security through responsible vulnerability reporting.
We ask reporters to:
- Act in good faith.
- Avoid actions that could impact the safety, availability or integrity of customer systems.
- Avoid public disclosure until DIS Sensors has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
- Provide sufficient information to allow reproduction and assessment of the reported issue.
