We have subdivided the frequently asked questions by category. If your question is not listed in one of these categories, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We would advise you to contact a distributor in your vicinity. If that is still too far away, please contact DIS Sensors in the Netherlands. We will ensure that you receive a suitable offer and arrange for the supply of your order.
We maintain a standard delivery time of 12 weeks. The delivery time can naturally be shortened for urgent orders. A sample for verification can be send to you on a shorter term, most often within 2 weeks.
No, not all DIS Sensors’ products are always in stock. However, some of our range is always in stock in the Netherlands.
That depends on your requirements. For example, if you require a different bandwidth, a different range or a different cable, then the minimum order would be around 20 units. If you require a different plastic housing, then that could affect the price of the sensor, or the minimum order requirements, or both.
If your DIS Sensors sensor does not perform as expected, it might be due to incorrect configuration or use. Please first check the sensor datasheet, manuals, and contact your distributor for assistance. If you, and your distributor, are convinced the device is defect, please fill in this RMA form.
An inclination sensor is used in situations where accurate positioning or constant monitoring of the angle in relation to gravitational pull is essential. An inclination sensor measures the angle with respect to a horizontal position, whereby an imaginary line from the centre of the earth serves as a reference.
